Through our guided approach, teachers are enabled to:
- interrogate and use data to identify student needs and assess for progress and growth
- work through cycles of inquiry to identify learning needs
- implement innovative classroom practice
We support teachers to have agency in their own and their colleague’s professional development and build their confidence to actively pursue life-long learning.
